From blood drives that made the newspapers to environmental campaigns that moved the District Collector โ every initiative is 100% student-powered, zero-funded, built on pure passion.
Our most impactful initiative. Across two blood donation drives at Annamacharya College, Tirupati โ in partnership with the Indian Red Cross Society and Government Maternity Hospital โ Student Nation mobilised over 1,000 voluntary donors. The first drive brought 300 volunteers and the second 220. We were honoured with our first award from the Red Cross Society and received coverage across 8 different newspapers โ a testament to what students can do when they move together.
On August 25th, our volunteers came together to address women abuse through innovative approaches โ using mime arts in schools to raise awareness among children. Our vision reached the Tirupati District Collector Dr. Venkateswara IAS, leading to direct implementation discussions with the DEO. Driving systemic change through community engagement.
In collaboration with the Plastic-Free Tirupati Team, we organised a powerful two-day awareness campaign at Venkata Ramana Layout. Through our unique concept of "Highlighting Plastic in Plastic," we showcased the alarming reality of plastic pollution and its impact on the environment, humans and animals. A student awareness program was also conducted at a local school, empowering young minds to build a plastic-free model colony. Every small step counts.
Our very first event. 3,000 Indian flags distributed across Tirupati on Republic Day โ the beginning of everything. Volunteers united as "Friends in Need, Friends in Serve."
Vijayawada's debut โ spending a full day with elderly residents through games, laughter, movies and the simple gift of being present. They went to give. They left having received so much more.
Career guidance for Class 8, 9 and 10 students at a government school in Karkambadi village. Senior students shared journeys, career options, and sparked ambitions in minds that had never been shown the way forward.
On a blazing Tirupati summer day, we took to the streets distributing 1,500 cool glasses of buttermilk to traffic police, sanitation workers, and roadside vendors. Simple act. Profound impact.
On the eve of AP General Elections 2024, our team went to the streets not to campaign but to listen โ bridging first-time voters and elders in genuine democratic dialogue.
Our newest chapter launched with the proven Student Nation formula โ cool buttermilk distributed to frontline workers across Ongole, proving the spirit of service travels wherever students do.
Student Nation's blood donation drives were covered across 8 different newspapers including Vaartha. Our Rise Up For Her initiative reached the Tirupati District Collector Dr. Venkateswara IAS directly, leading to policy implementation discussions with the District Education Officer.
